A simple way would be to import the individual screenshots in any editing software like Gimp/Photoshop/Paint onto a single canvas and export it as an image file.
There is a lot of quick tutorials for this on Youtube depending on which software you have available.

To add to post #2 in terms of what I personally find the "easiest and quickest" way of doing a collage is using the snipping tool and paint - both are in-built apps for Windows and are self-explanatory to use.
You size the image of the item within the game by using the snipping tool and post it to paint. You can repeat the process for all of the items and save the final file as a single image file and upload it to your topic.
