Hey guys, long time no see. So... I've been trying to recover my acc off and on for like 5 years: https://forums.d2jsp.org/user.php?i=512971

Probably nobody remembers me, but I built the server list site bnetdb.com and the d2tt tool that generated an image for your signature with your trades - https://github.com/aerykk/d2tt

Every time I want to jump back into d2jsp, this feels like a blocker to me, knowing I can lose my rep/gold/star, and not be able to get it back. Can somebody please look into this? I did it again, got instant denied asking for passport etc. which I provided previously already. I've provided more than enough information, and it should help that the account has been inactive for years lol

i would delete the image as it shows personal information
just take the steps to recover account

Hi LabattBlue, I've taken the steps multiple times. I don't know why, but it doesn't like me. My account is 15 years old, it transcends many addresses, phone numbers, etc.

I think it needs an admin to look at directly 🙏

The only way to recover your account is via the recovery link I gave you below. You must provide many account information. Only the account owner can know. List all the e-mails that come to you mind that you have ever used, enter the orb's you have, amount of donation, paypal account, etc.
Provide any information regarding your account that you consider relevant and may assist you in recovering it.

This is not an automatic system. Each such notification is manually checked by the administrator.

There is no other way to recover your account. Only forum administrators have access to information such as payments or e-mail address for which the account was registered.
