Ive checked everything on settings and its at level 100 volume

drivers are updated

not sure why they are still very low sound

Does this apply to any sounds that you try to play on your computer or only a single application?
Have you checked if there is a volume regulator somewhere on the headset itself that might be turned down?
Also make sure your headset is completely plugged in and check if the cable might have any visible damage.
You can also try to restart your computer and run the audio troubleshooting.

Change system sounds in control panel and you can see the playback devices and see if another device is defaulted and adjust accordingly
