why do people like this need to be free to say stupid things on my posts? Why cant i block them and keep this trash away from me?

If you have issues with a user start by blocking them via PM.

If you encounter posts in your topics that violate the forum rules report them and don't further react to them. These reports will be reviewed and appropriate action will be taken if necessary.
In case a user continues to make spam posts in your topics you can collect the links to the posts and message them to the staff group that is responsible for the area of the forums these posts happen in.

Staff groups responsible for D2R trading forums: Trade Assistant, Trade Moderator
Staff group responsible for D2R discussion forums: Junior Moderator

You can see the appropriate staff group at the bottom when you click on the report post button

It doesnt need to be continued spam...once is enough. So there isnt anything i can do to cause consqeuences for his nuerotic attraction to black guys in my pms?? Seems way too excessive. Needs to be stopped immediatly

Have you considered blocking them?

If you encounter a post that you consider to be breaking forum rules like spam posts or personal attacks you can report the post.
These reports get reviewed individually and like I mentioned the appropriate action will be taken even if it might not be visible to the public, not all actions taken result in warn %.

Since the staff can not read your private messages you can simply stop this by using the block feature which will prevent a user to contact you privately.

Yes... it does very little to combat how obsessive and anal their compensating / co dependancy is

That's all you can do for now. Block them, and report their abusive public posts.
