As you ofc have read the rules, you know that "the entire size of your signature shall not exceed 400 pixels wide by 150 pixels high." and that "total size of the images contained in your signature shall not exceed 70 kilobytes.".

You're also asking in a wrong section.

These are the limits for signatures, avatars, and personal photos:

signature limit:
400x150 and 70kb limit

Avatar limit:
50 kilobytes.

Personal photo limit:
100 kilobytes
