My wife’s iCloud email account is not receiving emails from our daughters soccer team.

It’s pretty annoying. I’ve tried googling an answer but still not working.

I would verify to make sure they have the correct e-mail. After that double check spam folder.

What email source is the soccer team using? It's possible that iClouds built in spam filters are filtering the email and preventing it from coming through.

Yes. I think that’s what it must be. I don’t know how to get around it, so we will try a different email. See if that helps.
