What are the pros and cons ? Is the extra savage with more points in dex?

better damage when upped (CS)
more points in dext means better block %

so either not upped and gets you more vita or upped and more block chance

Pvm jav amazons should use thunderstroke or 6/40 javelins for better lightning dmg
Eth titans give you better physical dmg to kill lightning immune monsters, which are still immune after infinity, but after the sunder charms that's not needed
In any case, upgrading them is better, you'd need the dex to wear thunderstroke, which is a better option anyway

In Pvp all the amazons have a mb setup, so you shouldn't have problems with dex

They have -light res built in. Titans are still a great choice, tstrokes will get you more damage though

Yea, the -light res and the attack speed, it's very likely you'll reach a higher attack speed breakpoint with tstroke

It depends on the rest of you gear, so you should use a speed calculator to see what you need to adjust

If my calculator is correct, you'll get + 1 frame speed on your fury with your gear if you use tstroke
