Posting t4t or pm'd is also considered a bump. You would need to wait until the 4h to post this as you could also message the user to say 't4t'.
Any post like this in the trading forum should be done when the bump timer ran up.

If thats the case, why isnt 50% of the posts in the trade forum not loced for this specific reason?

I can give you 10 posts in 5 minutes where the TO posts a "t4t"/ "c/o" / "pmed" etc within the 4hours from the last post form the TO....

Also:

Early Bump:
Posting 2 back-to-back posts in one thread before 4 hours. --> NEVER happened
Creating several threads to bypass the early bump rule.
