It seems like the link in your signature doesn't work anymore. If you still have access to the image file I would suggest to reupload it at imgur and update the link in your signature.
How to upload your images to d2jsp using Imgur.
If you had someone create the signature for you and you don't have access to the file anymore you could try to reach out to that user to see if they might still have the file.
