First, check if you have a browser update available. And then clear your browser data and cookies.

Latest version (111.0.xxxx.x)

Cookies/Cache cleared - same thing, test prompt is being shown but then its stuck on loop "Registering..."

Could you verify if browser HAS to show up in "Notifications & Actions" under "Get notifications from these senders"?

Looks like that browser isn’t supported for push notifications.

so is it a website issue or browser issue? who is not supporting who?
can notifications be somehow forced to work on srware?

As of now looks like only browsers that are supported are the ones listed on post #4. If you would like push notifications use what’s listed above. If you have any other questions fire me a PM.
