Hi DreamBR,

Personally I don’t actually see a trend of inflation, because take Diablo 2 Resurrected for an example, as there’re more fg circulating there’ll also be more D2R items circulating in the market as well since users will keep farming items so in fact it’s the other way around, items are actually depreciating because there’re more items floating in the market than fg.

Yes, i understand it.

But my question is, take this example:

Now on the first date, an cv eth can cost like 500 fg for example. With more fgs on ladder 10 the same item on the first date can cost 1.000 or more, if d2jsp cant control the inflation. Understand? =)

But i dont see this happening, i think d2jsp can make this control by some way...

(sorry for my english :P)

There are paid services on JSP. This has been controlling jsp inflation for a very long time. Also, there are a handful of users with millions of fg, as long as their FG isn’t used to manipulate the market, all should be fine. Along with this, there are thousands of inactive accounts that don’t use their fg, limiting the supply.

Hope this answers your question and no need to worry about the value of your FG, they’re doing a good job retaining its value.

No worries I totally understand your concerns,

I’ll use your example to explain to you - an eth CV on the first day of reset is 500 and as time progresses to day 2 and so-forth there’ll be at least 300-500 eth CVs being sold on the trading ground or even better options like eth threshers available, so naturally because there’re more eth CVs being sold on the market at the moment the prices of eth CVs will actually go down.

There’ll always be more items being farmed than fg being generated on the site.

No worries fam, there’ll always be more items available for trade than fg being bought or generated on the site.

There is also cases in which there is fg taken out of circulation like a part of the prices for Hourly Raffle tickets goes back in to the forum bank.
The same happens for any sales in the d2jsp game Ladder Slasher, where 5% of any fg from item sales goes back into the forum bank.
Additionally there are features like topic titles (bold/red/italic), guild and guild feature purchases etc. that will be paid to the forum bank and remove fg from circulation.
