Put the direct link into img brackets.
Direct link ends in .jpg, .png, .gif for example.

If you're using Imgur, as you should,
You upload the picture to the site
Hover over the picture and press the three dots in the top right corner.
Select "Get share links"
Copy BBCode link
and you'll get
