I tried to bring up a situation where a mod ignored my request to review someone harrassing me with his signature and he left condescending regurgitated information on my post. Im inquiring if there is checks and balances for handling harrassment appropriately.

We do not ignore any PMs or reports. Everything is dealt with one way or another. Just because you do not see the actions taken, does not mean none are taken.

The best thing you can do as you said is block and move on.

If a specific user continues to spam your topics, gather those evidence and forward them to a Trade Mod. Actions will be taken if necessary.

If you need to answer questions regarding your services, it can be done via PM. I believe you've been told before replying to spam is spam as well.

Right but what is the point of being condescending to me when i have to deal with the constant litter of negativity and unchecked harrassment its repugnant? I need to personally say you need to be better at not letting people act so psychoticly in the way they treat other people
