It seems the only i got mods to intervene is when i reciprocate their behaviour until its actually offensive then they tell me to stop and tell them to stop. My paid posts are littered with rude stupid abrasive untrue spam comments. My service lvling is a trust reliant service. I can report someone for spam 20 times and they are still able to do it. Is there a better way i can get a mod to interject and tell another person not to bother me???

Each report is checked by the staff team. And if there is such a need, intervention is undertaken. Remember that not all moderation actions are visible to you and the fact that you do not see an action does not mean that it has not been taken.

I understand that but its extremely excessive. Someone insulted me and i qouted what he wrote which was worse then what i said then he reported me for flaming him. They dont care and they are exploiting the moderation system to control what people post

The best thing you can do is press the report post button and move on with your site. Don't respond to taunts.

If this is common and repeated in several of your topic, just collect all the evidence and send it to the moderator via pm.

responding to spam with spam is also considered spam and could potentially lead to action taken against you as well,

if you find a user's comment questionable then your best option is to report the post, it will then be reviewed in detail by staff responsible for the section.

Disciplinary action will be taken if deemed appropriate, moderators adhere to strict and professional guidelines when moderating therefore even if it wasn't disclosed to you or visible to you it does not mean that no action was taken or you were being "ignored".

If you notice that a user has been constantly harassing you by either targetting you or spamming your trade topic multiple times then you may collect the evidence such as screenshots and links and PM them to a trade moderator:
