I have no access to the email I used for my account and I lost it's passwd. I've tried to recover my account manually with you guys 4 times and I keep getting denied without an explanation as to why. I even go into a paragraph long explanation doing a pretty damn good job attempting to prove that I'm me. My old account has no wealth whatsoever anymore since I haven't traded and really played D2 since like 2011. The accnt is from 2008 and I haven't had anything as much as a 10% warn on it.

Can I get some kind of mod to work with me?

Your account will be restored providing you submit sufficient information regarding to your previous account such as previous fg purchases made on that account and all the relevant information to the purchase such as your transaction statement and email address associated with your Paypal, last couple of trades made on that account and the details associated with them and even little things like stars and orbs that were purchased on that account as well as your previous login locations if you’ve moved houses etc…

Providing as much information as possible will be your key to recovering your account.

Hola !!! Mira yo tenido el mismo problema y la podido recuperar te explico como. Hace un tiempo d2jsp tiene Hotmail y otros no funcionan . Me tenido que crear un @GMAIL.COM Y eh podido recuperar la cuenta y la contraseña espero que te funcione. Me acuerdo que hace un tiempo por decir unos años enviaron un SMS a todos los que usamos Hotmail que dejaban de funcionar si lo tienes sincronizado con Hotmail prueba de hacer un Gmail.com un saludo

The only way to recover your account is via the recovery link I gave you below. You must provide many account information. Only the account owner can know. List all the e-mails that come to you mind that you have ever used, enter the orb's you have, amount of donation, paypal account, etc.
Provide any information regarding your account that you consider relevant and may assist you in recovering it.

I never got my original account back either man.
My evidence was shotty at best.
All I had was login name and a receipt purchasing fg on one occasion.
I do agree with their methods, d2 is full of scammers and date / fg / post rule is stronk

Yeah you need a lot of info my original accnt was like 06 or something and I couldn’t get it back either as all I knew was accnt name 😂I’ve written down info since then
