I tick option ''Hide this section'' and click ''Edit Signature/Note'' and they're still there.

Make sure to click 'Save Profile Settings" after checking "Hide this section" and "Update Settings"

Click "Update Settings", then a button will appear on the top left area under your avatar. My bad, told you the wrong things initially

thanks bro, that def changed something but there are still ''Signature'' and ''Note'' line, they don't disappear totally like the guy's profile I linked

It will still show for you, but for others its not there

They just get collapsed for you, but for other people viewing your profile it'll be invisible
