You can upload from your google account to host picture.

You need the pic to be available on the web and have the exact link to it..

Then you just past your link between the IMG link here /IMG but the IMG and /IMG need to be inside the square brackets.. [] []

go to https://imgur.com/

drag and drop your image anywhere on the page

click the 3 dots on the right of the image and select get share links



select the thirds option down, BBcode and click the copy link button



then paste that into the post and you have your image
