I did All act 5 quest in hell and i dont have a portal to pindle when i create game. how i get it working? d2lod...

So you have your answer after completing the full quest the portal disappears.

In D2R the portal should remain, that’s weird

Portal on d2 disappears if you complete the quests and get the waypoint in halls.

If you dont get the waypoint, rhe portal stays.
