My buddy cannot login because he cleared his cookies and doesn't remember his gold password. Is there someone he can reach out to? He's attempted recovery but "got automated massage that it couldnt be recovered because of missing information".

Whats his next step?

Needs to keep trying. Provide more accurate information. It’s the only way that I’m aware of for him to recover his account is with that account recovery.
