I started my account in 2006.

Since then, I have probably had 10 different personal email addresses.

The first one I ever used I registered for d2jstp on, and no longer have access to it. Microsoft demands that I tell them my last subject e-mail/contacts sent in 2006 in order to even consider it (they reject everry attempt.)

I am left trying to guess which passwords are my regular and forum gold password which I eventually get after bruteforcing my old passwords for an hour.

Can someone PLEASE help me transfer the e-mail owner address so I can change my freaking passwords and secure my account?

At this rate someone else with my old e-mail address could easily swipe my account.


The mods surely have IP address activity and can verify that the account recovery attempts on D2JSP I sent contain both enough information and location information to check against IP addresses.

The only way to recover your account is via the recovery link I gave you below. You must provide many account information. Only the account owner can know. List all the e-mails that come to you mind that you have ever used.Provide any information regarding your account that you consider relevant and may assist you in recovering it.

This is not an automatic system. Each such notification is manually checked by the administrator.

There is no other way to recover your account. Only forum administrators have access to information such as payments or e-mail address for which the account was registered.

btw: You have access to the account so you should have no problem changing your email. Just follow the guide

So it looks like you just need to change your account email, to do this please fill out this form with as much information as possible - https://forums.d2jsp.org/recovery.php?c=1

If it gets denied it means you need to provide more accurate and additional information, the two admins in the site manually process these requests and the form is the only way to get your email changed.

Some of us had to fill out the form several times with more and more information to get it switched over, hope this helps and best of luck!
