Hey, new to the PS build.

Wondering how the charge buildup works. Do you use each charge ability 3 times before you use finishing move? Or just use each charge ability one time and then you are good to go with using finishing move.

However to answer your question. Assuming you have 2x mosaic claws. You would charge up Cobra strike to lvl 3(for life and mana recovery), cold and fire to lvl 3 and lite usually to lvl 2. After that you just run around And use a finishing move to proc all effects each time you strike with your finisher.

Be careful not to go over lvl 36 in first of fire as anything above that level will make cobra strike useless as it converts all of your physical damage to fire damage after lvl 36 which will prevent your cobra strike from procing.
