ISO a mod to help me get my password changed. I can access jsp on my laptop, but not my main pc or phone.
When i try to change the pw i dont get an email for it, and i think its because jsp has some thing against hotmail or something
Ive changed my pw before with the help of a mod, i can give all info needed

No mod can help you with your password request, you’ll need to switch your email out of hotmail so that you can receive emails from jsp, please start off by filling out this form with as much information as possible - https://forums.d2jsp.org/recovery.php?c=1

It will be manually reviewed and if approved, emails will be swapped to the one you provided.

From there you’ll be able to change passwords -> log into your account on any device you have.

Please read my post again, a mod cannot and will not help you manually reset your password. You should not be reaching out to staff either, account security is your responsibility and the workflow I provided is the only available workflow for your situation.

Furthermore, not recalling your password has nothing to do with the form I provided, not a single field there asks for your password.

i had to make a gmail account, but maybe its on its way to working. thank you for your help, sorry if i sounded rude, im just frustrated
