So I’ve seen a lot of people with this same issue. Mine is the same way. My home wifi when it’s on….says access denied. Then when I turn off the wifi and use regular cellular data….I can access. Is there a way to fix this? I sent a message through the contact us tab.

Hi,

Did you read the solution from this topic? https://forums.d2jsp.org/topic.php?t=100172067&f=34

Try adding a stronger Wifi Auth method, like WPA2-PSK (AES).

Yeah I’ve read that solution but I don’t have comcast, I have Optimum and they have their routers blocked and you can’t access them.

If you for any reason want to change the wifi password, how you do it?

Not sure if you already did it, but if you don't find a solution, use the contact form here then select "proxy issue" and make a report, an admin will assist you when they pick up your report.

I can’t change my password at all. I can’t access anything inside the modem. I used to be a networker and I know the ins and outs of a modem, but they have strict modems that can’t be accessed. I’ve made my request for an admin and opened a ticket under proxy problems. Hopefully it can be sorted.

Little update, I just got home from work and bam! I’m on wifi and I’m able to access d2jsp. So, I guess it’s fixed now? Lol. Thanks for your help!
