I can't transmute or anything just fish and I've tried to and I didn't get any exp and when I did it auto for me and I didn't have to tap like crazy

At lvl 0 transmuting. The maximum item you can mutate into essences is t1 magical. And as for Experience (don't confuse it with proficiency) for fish, mutating etc. This is only granted up to lvl 71 characters, later not anymore.

I checked your characters and it looks like they are all at rank 0 transmuting with 0% progress to rank 1.
Looks like you have not completed a successful transmute yet, so maybe you are doing it the wrong way.
On PC and mobile you can click and hold the 'Transmute' button to bring the transmuting bar down. While you are doing this the 'Volatility' will increase. Once the volatility reaches the end of the bar you failed the transmuting process.
To bring the volatility back down you will need to stop holding the transmute button and switch over to the 'Stabilize' button (again, click and hold)

Once the transmuting bar has depleted you will get an essence in exchange for the item you used. For now you will have to stick to T1 items, probably best to try magicals only first until you get a feeling for it and rank up.

It's not easy to explain so here is a short video of it. This is on PC but it basically works the same on mobile.
