I see a lot of posts alluding to the same issue I am having. I just sent a “contact us” message about this problem.

Basically my home wifi IP address gets a message “access denied” and disallows me from getting to D2jsp main web page. Same situation on my phone using my wifi! When I take off my wifi and use my cell data or any other IP address my account loads up just fine. Looks like many people have had this issue. Can someone help me fix this????

Looks like your IP could have been mistakenly blocked so your best option is contact one of our administrators using the contact form here: https://forums.d2jsp.org/contact.php , select "proxy issues" afterwards and Kevin will assist you from then on.

No it’s comcast xifinity…. But for some reason the problem just “went away” today. Basically I have no idea what happened. No problems with any other websites last night just D2jsp. Either way makes me wonder what caused this. Hopefully someone wasn’t pinging off my wifi to do something nefarious (hacker) lol idk I’m not computer savvy. I just wonder what caused this website to get all defensive and deny my IP address access for a day. Interesting

i have the same service. go to 10.0.0.1 in your browser, login with admin/admin, go to Connection -> Wifi, make sure "Security Mode" is not set to "Open". If it is, click edit on your wifi name and enable WPA2-PSK (AES) security mode and setup a network password
