like 2 weeks ago there was an update of the battle-net launcher.
ever since then it has been displaying a few weird display bugs.

one of which being that I can't close the launcher by pressing the X on the top right corner anymore or if I press on incoming friend requests on the top half of the launcher, nothing happens.
another one is whenever I try to switch regions in d2r I can only barely click the far right side of the region's name and hope it goes through.
most of the time my click will trigger the blizzard ad which is located behind the region-changing pop up.

I took a picture of which I hope supports my written explanation.
it shows that like 90% of the region's names are somehow "blacked out" and nothing happens when I click on the area in the GUI where the region's names used to be.





how can I fix this issue?

Have you tried reinstalling the launcher?

I had a similar issue where buttons on the launcher weren't working a few months ago. the only thing i could find that worked was to reinstall it

How do I reinstall the launcher? I know I should probably know that, but I literally haven't deinstalled and then re-installed anything on my PC in years.

Go to your Control Panel -> Uninstall a program - > Uninstall Battle.net launcher.

Download a fresh file from Battle.net website.

Install it

Okay I unfortunately had to edit my "it totally works" response - now all of a sudden it doesn't work anymore lol
I deleted my launcher, re-installed it from the battle-net website, then proceeded to start d2r once and now this display bug is back.

Is there anything else I could try?
