I have every setting to allow pushes on my cell phone. They work but only when the phone is unlocked. It doesn't seem to notify me when the screen is locked. Any suggestions are helpful!

First try clear your browser data and cookies.

Try to exclude the nav (chrome) from the battery save plans.
