So when im on PC i dont have any issues but when im on phone jsp keeps putting me back anonymous for some reason.

If i check ''show me in online list'' and save settings it will refresh and uncheck box and keep me anonymous.
I did clear cache/cookies on phone and it worked for a few hours, now im back being anonymous on phone and wont save my settings.

Clear browser data. And turn the settings back on.

I get this same issue. You need to logout on all devices, clear cache on all devices, then login from main device by activating the "show me on online lists" from the login page. Then you can login on other devices and the settings should be fine.
