Hey guys so I have an old account on jsp but I forgot the password and it’s registered under a @hotmail.com email. Supposedly jsp and Hotmail is not supported anymore?? Anyone know how I can get my old account back?? Thanks

Good luck man! I used a Hotmail for my original and that seems to be the reason I cannot recover.

i had the same issue here - when i got this account recovered

yes provide as much info as possible

giving them a pic of your photo id helps

providing any accurate/true and intimate information about particular posts such as scammer accusations/locked ppl etc will help the odds of them being able to verify you were the original owner of the account and be able to restore it to you
