With all my respect, I had to open this topic, due to the fact that things have gone really crazy in our subforum lately.

So, we have this guy, everyone knows him as "Rici" or "Balázs".

What you need to know about this guy is the fact that most people in our community does not want him around.

In fact, according to the site rules, he should not be in this forum at all.

Please allow me to explain what does this user do to us.

He has been constantly harrassing people on the sub since 2005. Till around 2010 he also constantly spammed Diablo2 chats calling everyone a noob. I am not kidding, he spammed and harrassed people like 24/7 (even at new year's eve).
Usually he is active for ~6-12 months before going inactive (or gets banned). But after some time he always shows up with a brand new account, and very soon all of us realise that it is him, due to his unique habits such as:

- autistic behavior. He is repeating the same sentences over and over without any context. For example: a user says "It is raining heavily, I can not go out" or "I am having a headache", then he quotes and says "thank you xy (he usually thanks me)"
- massive sexual harrasment. We are a small subforum, we know each other as we have met each other IRL several times before. We met him a few times as well. The problem is that IRL he is completely introverted but after drinking some alcohol, he becomes unmanageable. But regarding the sexual harrasment thing: over the years, he bothered several users with his sexual offers e.g. "Please let me sxck your dxck", "I want to party with you" etc. No matter how many times we asked him to stop, he did not stop. And he means that. Not only in JSP but on other platforms as well.
- contemptuous behavior. He studied at BME (famous Hungarian university of engineering), therefore he thinks he is better than anyone. For example, I am working in the railway business, so I am constantly called a conductor. Another guy is just a redneck teacher. And so on.
- agressive behavior. Not the usual flame, but for example: we have a dedicated topic to COVID-19, where he literally said to me "I wish you will be the first one killed by the coronavirus" (By the way, I put that quote in my signature, but for some reason moderators have removed). We also had a user we knew fighting with cancer. He kept writing to that user: "die in cancer!"

And this is only the top of the iceberg. Over the years psychological studies could have been written about his issues.

And now he has found himself a new way of "fun". He came back a few months ago and started reporting each of us directly to the moderator team. Even posts we did not write to him, like memes. Many of us received warnings and suspension because of him having fun.

Okay, I admit that many times we deserved, because of our attitude towards him.
But I wrote down all these stuff to you to understand the reason behind our collective offensive behavior, like posting personal pictures of him.
Sorry, but we just can't stand his disgusting attitude anymore. And since he has been banned from this site several times before, he has absolutely no right to be here.
You may ask any trusted Hungarian users to confirm his previous accounts.

I kindly ask you to please judge this situation in the light of the above, and not just by his reports.

If you have proof of his multiple accounts, use the Multi Report Tool.

Other than that, report the subforum infractions to a Junior Moderator. These moderators are responsible for the International Forums.
Junior Moderators (Mina currently) can be found here.

Thanks for your feedback. Many of us reported him already using the tool.

Please refer to post #2. The only way on reporting multiaccounts is by the tool that Forgiveness has given you.
For the harassing issue, please use the report button, and if it's a continued behaviour you can collect all the links where you get harassed, and PM the staff that led the section (which are Junior Moderators and above).
