Hi. I am trying to open a profile of a person since a while. Everytime i click on the profile it tells me Flood Control. Is that normal or he has blocked me ?

If he has blocked you, you will be still able to visit his profile, the only thing you can not do is to pm him. But you get an error if you try to pm that person.
The Flood Error is caused by clicking too many profiles within a short time.

If you stop clicking profiles for approx. half an hour then it should be fine

It's normal, you tried to view too many profile in a short period of time.
Wait fives minutes and you should be fine viewing any profile again.

Blocking someone only refrain you from Sending/Receiving a PM

30minutes 1 hour

Sorry for the confusion,that was only an estimation, doesnt have to be true, just wait it out and do a small break and it should be fine
