Did you even bother to read the rules before posting.

/e lol its no problem, just gotta understand that this is a section where you offer your FG for someone to donate on behalf of your name for stars/donor forums access (depending on how much you donate)

To get fg from this section you need to be able to use pay pal and donate $ for the fg but you can't ask someone to donate fg you gotta wait till they or the med posts that its available, all of this is explained in the rules.
