Hey guys.. I just got done talking to a blizzard rep and he assured me the ENTIRE diablo II staff of 3 reps, is on the case, actively trying to solve the problem. He's my best friend so he gave me the scoop. Promise guys. I swear I talk to blizzard reps all day so listen to me.
They are going to fix the problem in 17 minutes and put legit 08 valks on every account that was caught in this mixup.

Seems to me the time could be considerably less. I refresh the toons I'm not using, but want to keep, like every 75 days. If one of my accounts went missing on day 74 then I'd only have a couple of weeks before the characters themselves would expire. If someone else made the same character name before Blizz fixes the account logon problem, then those toons would still be gone. Along with their items.

Not true. This function is locked.
