Buy a fiber optic modem/connection (best option). Keep clean your temporary internet files, use a decent anti-virus.

i have noticed that its the realm i tend to play that gives me spike lags, really bad on us east,
but on europe i dont, i dont know why, but east i have bad lag spikes,
