As far as i saw, those things are happening in the General Chat, IF something is against the rules, send a PM to one of the Junior Moderators, they are responsible for the GC.

no im not going to report the posts, i don't care, i have no vendetta against him. I'm only bringing it up because of his vendetta against me. I don't even think it's against the rules, just in poor taste.
