Its not the ram

No for the motherboard but no im not expert enough to change that myself...I mean I could prob after watching a video but dont wanna risk it and I dont have a 2nd motherboard anyway

What cpu do you have?

In pubg, set anti aliasing/post processing to very low

You could try with another PCI-E slot as well. You can google instructions easily; "how to change GPU", but instead of putting a new GPU just switch to another PCI-E slot (in case your motherboard has another).
