I can recommend greenshot very much. On pressing print you can take a snapshot of a desired area and directly upload to imgur. When you then post in JSP directly after, the imgur link is already saved so you basically just click the JSP insert image and then Ctrl +v

When you post the link of the pic add .png to the end of it and then highlight the link and click on the mountain icon above the reply box
