no good english sorry but all bulgaria cant pay any with card banks bug from transactions

That’s unfortunate, you can always make an ISO thread have it gifted vs fg on the Battle.net forums here: https://forums.d2jsp.org/forum.php?f=386

Sounds like they blocked you from purchases from charge backs or fraudulent cards, this can also happen if you’re purchasing too many accounts in a short period, it’s either that or a VPN.
