this I believe is an essential piece of information so if you're able to provide an accurate address or even better - IP address of where the account was created then it should aid in your account recovery.

For your question about pulling up Paypal transaction history from over a decade ago, I believe Paypal only keeps transaction history up to 7 years but perhaps if you're made a purchase via Paypal then submitting a valid photo ID (drivers license or passport etc..) with the name matching with the your Paypal which you made the purchase with could help too.

Try and submit as much information as possible when opting for an account recovery.

How do you submit a picture I have been actually trying to figure that out lol.
I just get the image quotations and don’t know how to actually upload a picture. (On phone btw)

Maybe the recovery email isn't going through. You could always try a password reset and see if you receive that email: https://forums.d2jsp.org/register.php?a=4

I'm sure you know this, but remember to check your spam, junk, and trash inbox.

Also, when using recovery, list ALL of your emails you can remember.

Yeah it was a Hotmail address so the recovery doesn’t work or never had or maybe I didn’t use the email I thought I did lol.
Pretty sure I did though

If I didn’t use my hotmail email then I literally only created an email for jsp and never used it again…I’d never remember.
I did try giving them password combos I may have used back then if that would even help

Really appreciate all the people trying to help 👍

Rejected again…maybe the pictures would help

Use http://imgur.com and upload it then extract a link and paste it in the submission box

I was just advised not to upload id images to imgur or whatever which is probably right and to send that info to an admin as an attachment

Any admins have any idea who/how I can do that to try and further my case for my old account back?
