If you can't save there, try this: Copy it to your desktop, edit the file, then paste it back to program files. You might have to delete it from program files because it might not let you overwrite.
This works, and let's overwrite, but I daily handle over 500+ files it's kind of frustrating to everytime copy to desktop etc
