It's in your interest to sell the item, I as a buyer can go to any of the 50 bot shops and get it right away. In your own words:

No as u said the Buyer can go to other shops.. But that gives the (seller) the trouble when he cant PM or message the Buyer.
Thats the first thing u said that is correct.
When u as buyer do not get respands from me (though its ur own fault ur box is full) u just go to an other seller, and u go on and on untill u get ur item what u want.
As a seller if i cant message u i cant sell to u. Meaning i lose that amount of FG because i cant sell it.

I lost several sales because of this. Maybe u understand it now..
As a seller on this forum my options are limited.. When some1 has a full box u need to waste 10 min of digging to let some1 now his box is full. Meaning.. u potentionally lose ur topic where others buy from and u cant answer them.
That in my opinion is not how it should work. U should not need to make such an effort because some1 his PM box is full.
