So I have started posting trades but for some reason users have sent private msgs instead of posting on my thread, and with very low offers at that! Is this something considered to be “bad manners”?

I would strictly tell them to offer in thread, ignore further messages if they cannot abide by that. If the offer isn't to your liking in your thread, just say no thanks, and probably tell them that you'll wait more offers, or set a bin price.

No trades via PM. (It's harder to prove a scam via PM than from a trade thread, so always negotiate and deal through a trade thread, not PM).

There is no such list. Just if you are not sure about the price of an item, create a topic here and ask for a price.

There’s also other options you can do, such as for example you want to know the price of a shako (for example) go to forum you are browsing (D2R ladder forum for example) —> blank search bar up top —> type in shako —> click search —> browse what’s for sale and you’ll get a general price on what people are selling for. Hope that helps!
