If you're on a phone, follow post #3. When using the browser, click the 3 dots on the top right, and select Desktop site. Then the steps are the same. Or, you can install the imgur phone app

Weird. Imgur accepts gifs and your animated image is a .png (pngs can be animated too). So it's working here
