For the most part it is. There been plenty of people this has happened to over the years and they just refuse to help recover anything

There are plenty of people who have recovered their very old accounts. There are also people who give up. It's not JSP's fault people are irresponsible and they're doing exactly as they should to protect peoples accounts from malicious actors.

I understand you’re a jsp dick rider but they make it extremely ridiculous to recover your account.

The password of my old account randomly just stopped working, i did not forget it. Whether i was keylogged or not jsp made it impossible for me to get the account back even though i still knew the email and everything

First thing I can recommend is to use a password manager for all your accounts, that way you can better-manage all your accounts and passwords including your jsp account, there are some that are plugins for your browsers and there are many great standalone ones too.

Secondly, the only way to recover your account is to use the account recovery feature here: https://forums.d2jsp.org/recovery.php

Try and provide as much information as possible including your Paypal account information if you've purchased fg on that account before, orbs and stars purchased and used on that account as well as every minor and major detail you may recall for your previous account,

do not be discouraged by the misinformation some of the users above as there are plenty of accounts sucessful recovered on a monthly basis, the only reason accounts cannot be recovered is if there was suspicious activity with the previous account or if the information was insufficient to indentify you as the owner of the account.
