What the user quoted in his profile was a message/reply/PM from you and does not feature content that warrants a violation, if he for instance called you names inside his profile then we'd surely take action against him.

If the user is harassing you elsewhere such as in your topics or sending you messages along with fg then do collect all the evidence and send them to a moderator.
