Anyone who has the capacity of designing it in CSS, also has the capacity of setting up their browser so that d2jsp uses it.

I think he moreso means to ask it to be accessible for the people who don't have that capicty, like the general public here, not just for himself lol.

Would also be a minor gold sink too. I'd say put it up there with rainbow orb or even higher.

The best way would have been to type a three letter word like "dog" and click preview topic. If you didn't have permission, preview topic would not work. Instead, it would throw an error like when a prohibited user previews their own reply in the S/A forums.
