your bank probably blocked it, should call your bank to stop blocking the purchase probably saw you trying to make the same purchase twice and stopped it for potential fraud.

They will have likely stopped the purchase and no money was taken, call the bank who issued the card as they have probably frozen your card. Would be surprised if you can even use it for anything else like groceries at this point.

Call your credit card issuing bank, looks like a problem on their behalf.

Well the site actually prompts you to “click there” if problems persist therefore you should definitely do so and get an accurate answer from support regarding to what’s actually causing the issue.
