Goto your email, mine is Hotmail account.
Hit the search emails and search D2jsp
If you have done any name changes etc it will show as a notification email which is sent.
I just tried on mine and told me what my user name changes were etc.

If you're still using a hotmail email for this site you WILL NEED to perform an account recovery to get the email swapped. Microsoft has blacklisted this site's emails.
