I preferred it over PC for daily play but the PC community is much larger. There is a pretty active large switch guild for it though here on the forums.

Definitely good!

Blizzard and tele are a bit wonky, but you'll get used to it.

You can play d2r while lying on bed, sitting on a couch, and even on the toilet.
