maybe your game active too much like bot act
You can complain to blizzard customer service and wait, or purchase a new account.
Now you know why the D2R have a special offer during this period

Ok, thank you, Ill keep that in mind. Nobody else used my account. It frustrating to lose the account for playing the game... They could have give me a captcha or a warning that the games are too short.

There is no way I buy the game again because of their error.
If they dont want me to play the game, they should refund the game cost and my balance

this is the way for blizzard to do business for the one-time purchase game.
in china, someone establishes the company to run the bot for multi-account, maybe hundreds or thousands account. and sell the item in cash.
so blizzard will strictly enforce to ban the bot account, and force the BOT Player to purchase the D2R account again, kind of like money recycling from the bot player

I believe you are innocent, and I don't think blizzard care about player trading with Jsp, you just have bad luck let the system think you are a player using illegal programs

I find this way faster..
If someone wants a trade, I can just invite him to my game and do the run while waiting

no, nothing, no cheats, no bots, no hacks, no makros, just trav runs with 1 char, 3h per day
probably it will work out, Ill post update if they answer

exactly. if they ever add captcha to game creation i'll be happiest kid ever.

bots are beating those pretty easily tho so idk

You use a lootfilter and thought the text files are not considered part of the game so you did not "alter the gamefiles"
